What you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the daily network maintenance of mining sites in Norway.
- Formulate standardized network design scheme, output standard documents, complete the deployment verification, adjustment and optimization of the scheme; Participate in the design, implementation and delivery of major projects.
- Responsible for global basic network trouble shooting, positioning and tracking.
- Continuously optimize the network architecture to ensure high availability, high performance and high scalability of the network; Can put forward-looking opinions on the network, according to the actual situation of the company.
How you will stand out:
- Education in computer science or networking with at least 2 years operation and maintenance experience in related network field, medium or large-scale network operation and maintenance experience.
- Proficient in TCP/IP protocol principles, proficient in the operation principles of common network protocols and configuration optimization.
- Proficient in network configuration such as router and switch.
- Experience in successful network troubleshooting experience with cisco and other brand switches.
- Cisco CCNA/CCIE, Network +, CompTIA Network+ certifications a plus.
- Proficient in firewall operation and configuration.
- Experienced in network architecture design and deployment.
- Familiar with Linux OS, able to carry out basic system installation and configuration.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, able to work under pressure and deal with emergencies, strong ability to analyze and solve problems.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of person’s time during the day. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be company provided.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing at times during day. The employee may need to lift items of 50 pounds or less at any given point during one’s shift.
