ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead cross-functional program management for engineering changes and operational transformation initiatives
• Drive strategic program planning and execution across manufacturing sites and product development
• Coordinate engineering change management processes and their impact assessment on operations
• Execute program cost optimization and operational improvement initiatives through systematic change control
• Manage program delivery, timeline coordination, and risk mitigation across engineering and operations functions
• Lead program governance and stakeholder alignment with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management or related technical field
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or equivalent preferred
