We’re looking for a Middle/Senior Node.js Developer to join our growing engineering team.
You’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and taking ownership of your work. You thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborate well with others, and bring strong technical judgment to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Node.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for reliability and high performance.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, designing efficient schemas and queries.
• Ensure backend systems are secure, robust, and scalable.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support best practices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues quickly and effectively.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js in production.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience working with both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with modern testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to serverless architectures.
• Understanding of high-load system design and scalable architectures.
• Open-source contributions or personal technical projects.
