Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Aviation Industry team. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to aviation services and bookings.

Your proficiency in Nordic languages will be crucial as you help clients navigate their options, address questions, and resolve any issues they encounter during their travel experiences. This role requires a customer-focused attitude and a passion for the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Nordic languages through phone, email, and chat regarding aviation-related inquiries
• Assist customers with flight reservations, status updates, and changes to itineraries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our offerings and improve service quality
• Stay informed about aviation industry trends and changes to inform and assist customers effectively

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or aviation industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in aviation and a desire to assist customers with their travel needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
