Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at an Online Streaming Company. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience.

Your fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be vital as you assist clients with inquiries related to account management, content availability, and technical support. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting engagement with our streaming platform.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Nordic languages through phone, email, and chat regarding our online streaming services
  • Assist customers with technical issues, subscription inquiries, and troubleshooting processes
  • Guide clients in navigating the platform and recommend content based on their preferences
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on the latest content offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve our streaming services continuously

Requirements

  • Fluency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a solutions-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the streaming or entertainment industry, is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Passion for online streaming and understanding customer needs in the digital entertainment space
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
