Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Online Streaming Service Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Online Streaming Service Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our streaming platform and ensuring a pleasurable viewing experience.

Your proficiency in Nordic languages will be vital as you guide clients through troubleshooting, account management, and content inquiries. With your passion for streaming and attention to detail, you will help enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty within our service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) via phone, email, and chat regarding our streaming services
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance user engagement
• Assist customers with subscription questions, content availability, and account settings
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support and content teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Collect feedback from customers to help improve our platform and services
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates in online streaming

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English, with great communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a focus on problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the streaming or entertainment industry, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for streaming services and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
