Nordic Speaking Customer Service for the Top Electronics Company

Mercier Consultancy is searching for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting one of the top electronics companies in the industry. In this exciting role, you will deliver outstanding service to our Nordic-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries related to electronics products and services.

Your proficiency in Nordic languages will enable you to provide tailored support, helping customers navigate product information, troubleshoot issues, and understand the features of the latest electronic gadgets. Your contribution will be essential to creating a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat for a range of electronics products
• Assist clients with inquiries about product specifications, availability, and warranty details
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services
• Stay updated on the latest electronics trends and product launches

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in electronics or technology, is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Passion for electronics and helping customers enjoy their technology
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
