Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Handle inquiries related to transportation services, bookings, and issues effectively.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
