Your proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be instrumental in delivering quality customer service and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries regarding our products and services effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
• Provide detailed information about product features and benefits
• Collect customer feedback to improve our services
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with customer support software is a plus
