Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients within the logistics department through various communication channels.

• Work alongside other team members to meet service level targets and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service in a logistics environment.
