Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional tech support to Nordic-speaking customers regarding various digital devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on best practices to maximize their use of digital products.
• Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with the tech support team to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology and product advancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required.
• Strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Previous experience in technical support or a customer service role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
