You will be a central point of moderation of reports related to abuse and harassment between Virtual Reality users
You are putting together solutions while having the protocols, procedures and instructions as a starting point
You are able to manage all different types of reports generated by users
From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and proactive moderation skills regarding the users behaviors and the Virtual Reality world rules
Attendance and availability within standards (schedules rotations)
Participate in “roundtable” sessions to provide an open discussion about upcoming trends and provide input/feedback to Support team to clarify trends or actions needed
Expertise on all policies whilst ensuring compliance on all client workflows, being exposed to egregious content, political speech, hate speech, cultural discussions
High level of capacity to keep up with client updates regarding workflows/policies (“fast learner”)
Requirements
Fluency (C1+) in one Nordic language (Icelandic or Norwegian or Danish or Swedish) + English (B2)
