Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Documenting all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure comprehensive and efficient service delivery.
• Keeping updated on product offerings to provide accurate support and information to clients.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• A friendly, adaptable attitude toward clients and challenges.
