In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, efficiently addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they might encounter. Your fluency in Norwegian will be vital in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Assist Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications
• Provide solutions to inquiries related to our products and services
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Educate clients on how to effectively use our services and offerings
• Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous service improvement
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on new products and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is beneficial
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• A positive, proactive approach to customer engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
