NSC Account Manager – DACH
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven NSC Account Manager to lead OEM Automotive sales in the DACH region. This role carries full responsibility for developing and executing the regional OEM strategy aligned with the Keyloop Fusion value proposition, delivering sustainable revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer success.
As a key contributor to the enterprise sales organization, you will build strategic partnerships with OEM stakeholders and align business objectives with the company’s broader operating plan.

This role offers significant responsibility within a dynamic international organization. You will have direct impact on regional growth, market positioning, and long-term OEM partnerships, while operating within a structured and performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual OEM sales and business plan in alignment with the regional operating strategyAchieve and exceed defined revenue and performance targetsEstablish and manage strategic relationships with OEM decision-makers and key stakeholdersLead commercial negotiations and coordinate OEM agreements internally across relevant departmentsIdentify market opportunities and define target customer strategies in collaboration with Sales LeadershipMonitor pipeline performance and provide accurate forecasting and reportingEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction across the full customer lifecycleRepresent the organization at relevant OEM and industry events
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B technology solution salesProven track record in selling complex, value-based solutions with measurable ROIExperience within the automotive and/or OEM landscape preferredStrong commercial, financial, and analytical capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrix and cross-border environmentsProficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
