Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Prior experience in Home Health or similar field is preferred
• Experience in Wound Care and Medication set-up a plus
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Current CPR certification and up-to-date TB test
• Willingness to travel within the designated service area
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
