Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - 2.5 Days Per Week / 5K Sign-On Bonus

We're seeking a Part-Time / 2.5 Days per week Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Sterling, Co.

At Salud, our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

We offer:

• Starting Annual Salary - $58,333 to $77,083
• $5k Sign-on Bonus

Qualifications

Education:

• Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Licensure:

• Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
• Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Experience:

•  3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
