Nursing School Admissions Coach

TPAPT is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Nursing School Admissions Coaches to help aspiring nursing students navigate the admissions process for competitive nursing programs. You will work one-on-one with students to provide personalized guidance and support in crafting their applications and preparing for interviews.

What you'll do:

• Guide students through the nursing school application process, including advising on essay writing, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Assist students in creating a strong narrative that highlights their passion for nursing and relevant experiences.
• Provide insight into the specific requirements and expectations of various nursing programs.
• Conduct practice interviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance students' communication skills.
• Collaborate with a network of professionals dedicated to educating prospective nursing students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
• 3-12 hours of weekly availability
• 3+ years of experience in nursing education or admissions counseling.
• Strong understanding of the nursing school admissions process and criteria.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students through the application journey.
• Experience with technology and online collaboration tools.
