Job Overview
The OHS Specialist oversees each step in the Occupational Health environment to ensure operations are processed effectively. Support clients by answering queries, assisting applicants with registration, monitoring, and intervening as needed in the occupational health workflow to ensure test results are reported on time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Confirm and expire drug tests based on vendor confirmation
- Check the status of occupational health services completed 48-72 hours prior
- Adhere to and assist in creating and maintaining client specifics
- Contact vendors for additional information on testing requests
- Work with applicants in remote locations to find collection sites in their area, manually registering them for testing when necessary
- Manually registering applicants using the zip code associated with their current address when not registered within 24 hours of an invite being sent
- Compose and send occupational health test registration information to applicants

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Some college is strongly preferred
