Occupational Therapist - Hand therapy

Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical Therapist to join our team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skills as a hand therapist in our Clackamas clinic location for immediate hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA or APTA curriculum.
• Current state of OR occupational or physical therapy license, current CHT license, CPR certification.
• Strong willingness to learn splinting techniques, experience in splinting preferred.
• Being a therapist that is a coach, guide and educator for their patients.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
• A passion for occupational or physical therapy, hand therapy and patient care.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $ 79,000-94,000 depending on hand therapy experience

Minimum Experience: New graduate with strong level 2 fieldwork in Hand Therapy; experience in or enthusiasm for custom splinting preferred

Perk: Hand Therapy Mentorship program, work directly with a CHT.

• An individualized mentorship plan with a CHT is offered for a newer hand therapist
• 45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions, 11 treatments per day
• A charting/planning slot is built into your schedule

• $1,500 annual CEU allowance plus Medbridge subscription
