Occupational Therapist (OT) – Brightstone Therapy 
Jacksonville, FL – Southpoint & Lake Gray Clinics 

Brightstone Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary clinical team in Jacksonville, Florida. Our clinics provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and related services for children with autism, and we are expanding to include occupational therapy within our collaborative model of care. 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for children with autism and related developmental delays. 

• Provide direct therapy targeting fine motor, sensory processing, activities of daily living, and play/social skills. 

• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), speech-language pathologists, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, evidence-based treatment. 

• Document progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. 

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to clinical decision-making. 

• Provide caregiver education and support to promote generalization of skills. 

Qualifications 

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida. 

• Pediatric experience preferred; experience with autism spectrum disorder strongly desired. 

• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. 

• Commitment to evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.
