Empower Lives, Your Way. Join Ability Action Australia.

Are you an Occupational Therapist who values clinical freedom as much as client outcomes?

At Ability Action Australia, we believe that when clinicians are supported, participants thrive.

We are expanding our team and looking for passionate OTs to help our NDIS participants reach their full potential.

What’s in it for you?

  • Ultimate Flexibility: Design your own week. Whether it’s part-time, full-time, or a mix of home, Telehealth, community, and clinic-based work, we fit into your life.
  • Financial Security & Growth: Enjoy the stability of a financially strong national provider (MedHealth) with a competitive salary, salary packaging, and a dedicated PD allowance.
  • A Culture of Connection: Work within a fun, uplifting team that rewards great work through our "Performance with Purpose" program.
  • Professional Mastery: With a dedicated clinical supervisor and mentors, you’ll never feel like you’re practicing in isolation.

Your Impact:
You’ll manage a diverse caseload, using evidence-based interventions to improve independence. From assessing cognitive function to recommending life-changing assistive technology, you will be the bridge between a participant’s goals and their reality.
