Occupational Therapist- Team Leader

We’re looking for a Team Leader to step into a maternity leave cover role, with the possibility of ongoing opportunities. You’ll lead a team of OTs, support emerging clinicians, and continue delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our clients.

Qualifications

To be considered suitable you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience as an Occupational Therapist beyond graduation (4 years minimum)
• Passionate about providing Occupational Therapy services to vulnerable members of the community.
• Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
• Hold a full drivers licence, and full access to a vehicle.

• Eager to work with some of the best Occupational Therapists in South Australia. Desire to mentor graduates and early career clinicians

• Ability to demonstrate leadership capability to meet key responsibilities

We’re a boutique Occupational Therapy provider based in Adelaide supporting people from school age up, supporting referrals from NDIS, SA Housing Trust, DVA, My Aged Care, Lifetime Support Authority, medicolegal and private paying. We support clients with a range of needs including physical, psychosocial, neurodiversity, vision/hearing impairment, and cognitive decline. Our Occupational Therapists have the opportunity to specialise or see a variety of clients. We also provide outreach services to Alice Springs and Kangaroo Island, ensuring high-quality care reaches rural and remote communities.
