This role is built for OTs who want predictable work, supportive teams, and patients they can actually help—without chasing productivity or scrambling for hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver 1:1 OT visits per physician orders

  • Complete evaluations and build focused care plans

  • Treat ADLs, safety, mobility, and independence goals

  • Educate patients and families on home safety and equipment

  • Coordinate care and support smooth discharges

  • Supervise COTAs with clear direction

  • Document accurately and on time

Must-Haves

  • OT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)

  • Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license

  • Current BLS/CPR certification

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs solo; 200 lbs with assistance

Nice to Have

  • Home health or geriatric experience

  • Comfortable working independently in the field
