 Calusa Veterinary Center is hiring a full-time Office Manager to provide skilled care to our patients and exceptional service to our clients. Our ideal candidate has experience in animal care, client communication, and veterinary procedures, with a passion for improving the lives of pets and their owners.

Salary: $60K-$75K dependent on experience 

Schedule: Evening Shifts - Flexible -5 evenings per week, including some weekends

 Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include helping to run day-to-day operations with a major focus on administrative duties.
• Assisting Practice Manager and Medical Director with Team Meetings.
• Inventory and COGS control
• Screening telephone calls and assisting Practice Manager with escalated calls.
