The Office Manager plays a central role in creating a productive, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day office operations, supplier and vendor coordination, and administrative support, while also contributing to employee experience, internal events, and workplace culture.

You will be the go-to person for ensuring that the office runs smoothly behind the scenes, supporting employees, visitors, and internal teams with a strong service mindset. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, people interaction, and taking ownership of practical details that make a real difference in everyday work life.

What you’ll do

Office operations & administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-maintained, efficient workspace
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and relationships with local vendors and service providers
  • Act as the main contact for facility management and external suppliers
  • Support the local team with administrative tasks such as onboarding logistics and invoice handling

Travel & logistics

  • Coordinate travel bookings including flights, accommodation, and local transport
  • Manage visitor logistics and support internal meetings and company events

Employee experience & culture

  • Support and host internal events, team activities, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Help ensure the office culture reflects Channel Factory’s values: inclusive, collaborative, and people-first
  • Act as a first point of contact for office-related employee questions and requests

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong service attitude
  • Confident communicator, primarily in English (local language is a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Nice to have

  • Experience coordinating internal events or employee engagement activities
  • Previous experience working in an international or multi-market organization
