Office Manager (Contract)
Work Days: Monday - Thursday
Hours of Work: 9am - 4pm
Location: San Francisco, CA
Additional daily hours, days of week as needed.

We’re looking for a skilled Office Manager (Contract) to join our growing team at Otter.ai, as we expand into our brand-new San Francisco office! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to create a welcoming and efficient workplace for our talented team. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group of innovators in the AI space, all while ensuring smooth daily operations that fuel our company culture.
Your impact
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality of shared spaces.
- Track office supply inventory and place orders for general office and facility-related needs.
- Manage space planning, office moves, and workstation setup.
- Build and maintain relationships with employees, candidates, and third-party vendors.
- Serve as point of contact for general office inquiries and support requests.
- Be a culture carrier - foster a positive office environment, promote teamwork, and support employees in doing their best work.
- Lead and assist in administrative and other projects as needs arise across business functions.
We're looking for someone who
- Experience in office or facilities management.
- A proven track record of building working relationships with relationships with employees, candidates, and third parties.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in an ever-changing environment.
- This is a full-time work schedule that entails four days a week in our San Francisco office.
