Office Manager

We’re looking for a well organised and service-oriented Office Manager for the Flow Traders London office. As Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient day to day running of the office, delivering exceptional support to the team with all things office-related. We are looking for someone proactive, who is always thinking ahead to ensure that our team is set up for success!

What you’ll do 

• Run the day-to-day: open the office, check everything works, keep the space organised and stocked 

• Greet guests and manage office access, meeting rooms, AV/VC setups, and ensuring on-site hospitality 

• Coordinate daily lunch and grocery orders, vendors, deliveries, supplies, and facilities needs 

• Handle travel bookings, receipts, invoices, and general admin 

• Support onboarding/offboarding, HR and benefits queries, IT coordination, and asset tracking 

• Liaise with building management, cleaning contractors, and all service providers 

• Keep Health & Safety, security, and compliance basics running smoothly 

• Help with office events, internal communications, and anything that keeps the team moving 

What you bring 

• 3–5 years’ office management or admin experience 

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

• Comfortable working independently and keeping yourself busy 

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable hosting guests 

• Solid MS Office skills and ease with light tech troubleshooting 

• • Fluent English and a hands-on, solutions-first mindset
