Offshore Structural Engineer PC-d2m-305

As part of a large-scale offshore development project, we are seeking an Offshore Structural Engineer to contribute to the design and sizing of offshore steel structures.

Integrated within the project team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Modeling offshore steel structures using Staad Pro and SACS software
• Verifying regulatory compliance of the structure, particularly with respect to fatigue and transportation criteria
• Designing and sizing structural reinforcements and any necessary modifications
• Preparing calculation reports detailing assumptions, methodologies, and results
• Providing the technical data required for the development of structural drawings
• Strictly applying the standards, design rules, and project-specific engineering instructions

Requirements

🎓 Degree: Engineering degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or equivalent.

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience as an offshore structural engineer on offshore topside EPC projects.

Knowledge:
Mastery of Staad Pro and SACS software is required and mandatory.
Strong knowledge of applicable standards (API, AISC, etc.).

Skills:
Good understanding of constraints specific to offshore structures (loads, fatigue, transportation).
Ability to interpret and use technical documentation in English.
Strong reporting skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Languages: Professional English.
