Oil Filtration Technician
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Oil Filtration Technician to join our team and support specialised, field-based electrical oil filtration services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their technical skills in a practical, field-focused role while learning from experienced professionals.
In this role, you will assist with oil filtration activities, support oil diagnostics processes, and work closely with laboratory teams to ensure accurate and timely results. You will also have the opportunity to engage with clients on site, developing your communication skills while contributing to high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sampling of high voltage transformer equipment
- Liaising with laboratory personnel regarding test results and diagnostics
- Advising clients on oil filtration requirements and technical recommendations
- Attending client sites to perform oil filtration and/or reclamation services
- Preparing and issuing oil condition reports, with prompt client follow-up
- Identifying and pursuing sales and marketing opportunities to support business growth
Qualifications
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar oil filtration or electrical services role
- Current WA Driver’s Licence (HR Truck Licence highly regarded)
- Self-motivated, safety-focused, and comfortable working in field environments
- An Electrical Workers Licence is not required; however, it is advantageous to hold one or be willing to train for HV work.
