Role: One Identity Developer 

Experience: 6-12 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. One Identity Implementation & Customization

  • Develop, configure, and customize One Identity by Quest solutions based on business needs.

  • Implement scalable, secure, and compliant IAM systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.

2. Data Management & Automation

  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to manage data efficiently within the One Identity platform.

  • Leverage VB.NET and C# to create custom functionalities and streamline workflows.

3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide ongoing technical support and resolve system issues.

  • Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and debug software to ensure high-quality delivery.

4. Documentation & Process Management

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for development, configuration, and operational procedures.

  • Work cross-functionally to streamline implementations and establish best practices.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with international teams, particularly in Europe and India, to deliver integrated IAM solutions.

  • Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills

  • One Identity by Quest: Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and developing solutions.

  • SQL: Strong proficiency in writing, optimizing, and managing SQL queries.

  • VB.NET & C#: Hands-on experience in custom development and platform extension.

  • Communication: Fluent English (verbal and written) to interact effectively with global teams.

  • International Experience: Experience working with German organizations is a plus.

Optional/Preferred Skills

  • Angular: Experience with Angular is a plus and may be used to build additional functionality.

  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices is advantageous.
