CrossCountry’s Technology Enablement practice is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a senior leader to join our OneStream team. Reporting directly to the OneStream Practice Leader, the Director will play a critical role in shaping the direction, delivery excellence, and growth of the practice.
As a OneStream Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders—balancing executive‑level client leadership, oversight of complex implementations, development of high‑performing teams, and active contribution to practice growth. You will bring deep OneStream and FP&A expertise, strong leadership judgment, and a collaborative mindset to help scale a growing team while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Practice & Client Leadership
- Serve as a senior leader within the OneStream practice, partnering closely with the Practice Leader to execute practice strategy, delivery standards, and growth initiatives
- Provide executive‑level leadership across a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client relationships, and identification of expansion opportunities
- Maintain accountability for client outcomes, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to client objectives
- Monitor industry trends and emerging OneStream and CPM/EPM capabilities to inform practice direction and future service offerings
Business Development & Client Growth
- Lead and support business development efforts, including shaping solutions, responding to opportunities, and leveraging existing client relationships
- Leverage strategic relationships with OneStream to drive pipeline growth and expand CrossCountry’s presence and reputation within the ecosystem
- Represent the practice in positioning and marketing OneStream and finance transformation services to prospective clients
- Contribute to the development of new services, accelerators, and delivery approaches that support practice scalability and evolving market needs
- Collaborate across broader CrossCountry leadership to support long-term client success with cross-functional solutions
Solution Delivery & Project Team Leadership
- Provide overall leadership and oversight for complex OneStream and finance transformation engagements, ensuring alignment across functional, technical, and delivery workstreams
- Guide delivery teams in translating client business objectives into scalable OneStream solutions, providing direction on functional design, technical architecture, and integration strategy
- Oversee end‑to‑end implementation delivery, including planning, resourcing, risk management, quality assurance, and executive stakeholder communication
- Partner with client leadership to assess current‑state accounting and finance operations, define future‑state processes, and drive adoption of leading practices
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration across client finance, technology, data, and integration teams to deliver cohesive, high‑quality outcomes
- Monitor project performance across scope, timeline, budget, and quality, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coach and mentor project leads and team members, reinforcing consistent delivery standards, best practices, and continuous improvement
Talent & Practice Development
What You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of experience implementing CPM/EPM solutions (e.g., OneStream, Oracle, Hyperion), with deep understanding of solution design and client delivery in a professional services environment
- Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high‑performing consulting teams, including project leads and senior consultants
- Demonstrated success working within startup or scaling practices, helping establish delivery standards, operating structure, and repeatable execution models
- Ability to support and guide overall team and practice strategy, including delivery approach, resourcing models, and capability development in partnership with practice leadership
- Background in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems, with experience advising client leadership on technology and transformation initiatives
- Experience translating complex data and insights into clear, executive‑level dashboards and recommendations
- Leadership presence with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate effectively across teams, clients, and senior stakeholders
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
