Online Sales Consultant – CARS24 (Full-Time)

🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for full-time Online Sales Consultants who can engage customers, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into sales. Your role is to sell vehicles and value-added products (warranties, finance, protection, etc.) entirely online or over the phone.

If a customer isn’t ready to buy online, you’ll move them into the next best step: a test drive at one of our sites.

This is not a cold-calling role. You’ll be working with warm in-bound leads generated through our platform, supported by a strong operations team to handle contracts, paperwork, and deliveries — so you can focus on selling and earning.

Please note that this an on-site role, 5 days a week at our Sydney dealership, with weekend availability a must.

📌 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound enquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Understand customer needs and match them to the right vehicle.
  • Pitch extended warranties, finance, and other ownership products.
  • Convert leads into sales- or book test drives where relevant.
  • Accurately update CRM systems with every interaction.
  • Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years’ experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
  • Car sales experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and online sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work 5 days/week including Saturday & Sunday (must).
