INTRODUCTION

NYNN is a series of inspiring places for inspiring people. We handcraft unique environments and experiences, from members’ clubs to resort hotels, to entertainment gastronomies and more. NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.

Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance - where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. A rich calendar of events, experiences, and entertainment that cuts through the noise, bring together a community that moves with intention.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented junior team member with a degree in Hospitality to support our team in a hands-on and dynamic role within our private lifestyle members’ club. We would love to sense your passion to create enriching and memorable experiences, team player attitude, willingness to take on challenges and purpose driven mindset.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Operations Associate, you will play an active role in supporting the daily operations of House of NYNN. You will be involved in the administration of various departments and also spend constructive time ‘on the floor’, gaining first-hand insight into front-of-house operations. You will work alongside senior team members in a multifaceted position that provides you with direct exposure to high-level operational strategies and decision-making processes.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the management of our team member app by overseeing user access, updating content, and facilitating effective communication.
  • Assist with the creation and refinement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Help drive the club’s digital transformation by producing engaging SOP videos.
  • Participate in drafting training materials and coordinate logistics for ongoing training programs.
  • Collaborate on product research and procurement of Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E).
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, from simple activities to more complex projects.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of private member events.
  • Support and/or supervise specific front-of-house operating workflows.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks.
  • A positive, energetic mindset that contributes to a vibrant team atmosphere.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English; Greek is a strong plus.
  • A creative thinker with a flair for video creation and experience with editing software.
  • Tech-savvy, with a knack for quickly adapting to new tools and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
