Operations Manager
This role is part of the Distribution Center Management Team.
🚀 Operational Excellence
Drive Continuous Improvement: You’ll be the engine behind warehouse operations, constantly raising the bar for our service standards.
Master the Flow: Lead and optimize all Inbound and Outbound activities, from stock replenishment to order-filling and shipping.
Budget & Innovation: Take full ownership of the operational budget and pitch innovative solutions, KPI improvements, and top-tier security programs to senior management.
Safety First: Actively champion our "Zero Work Accident" policy to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Strategic Oversight: Supervise external warehouses (where applicable) to ensure seamless integration.

Deliver Excellence: Boost productivity and inventory accuracy to provide an outstanding experience for both internal and external customers.
Build Strong Alliances: Create lasting partnerships with business partners, subcontractors, and temporary agencies to ensure we always have the right talent at the right time.

Qualifications
