Operations Manager

As we continue to grow across stores and digital channels, we are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the efficient end-to-end operations of Celestino’s Warehouse. The main objective is to ensure smooth warehouse functioning while optimizing processes, managing inventory, and guiding a team of warehouse personnel. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in sustaining supply chain integrity, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and fostering a safe and efficient workplace for the team.

What You'll Be Doing

·         Develop and implement streamlined inventory control procedures.

·         Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of inventory records.

·         Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid shortages.

·         Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

·         Assign tasks and establish clear expectations to achieve operational goals.

·         Implement best practices for receiving, storing, and shipping products.

·         Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

·         Coordinate with maintenance personnel to address repairs and issues promptly.

·         Guarantee the accurate and timely processing of orders.

·         Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technological tools for inventory tracking and management.

·         Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strategies to enhance cost efficiency.

·         The role reports to the Logistics Director.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred).

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

·         Proven experience in fashion retail logistics, especially in eCommerce fulfillment, is highly advantageous.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·         Proficient in logistics software and tools.

·         Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
