What you will do

• Identify, engage, and negotiate with suppliers across Europe and worldwide, building strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency, aligning with the company’s global objectives.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to design and implement scalable operational processes that leverage automation and data.

• Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.

• Drive continuous process improvement and standardization, contributing directly to the company’s scaling success.
  

Who you are

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• You are early in your career (e.g., 1–3 years of experience or post-graduate internships) and eager to take on responsibility in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment.

• You have strong analytical and negotiation skills, and can clearly articulate complex subjects with confidence and precision.

• You bring a hands-on mentality – you take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in dynamic settings.

• You have native-level communication skills in German and English (C1 or above).

• You are motivated by technology-driven transformation and curious about how AI can reshape global supply chains.
