This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Oracle Cloud Program Manager in the United States.
In this role, you will lead complex, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud programs, coordinating ERP, SCM, and HCM projects from initiation through full lifecycle implementation. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions, manage project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes. This position requires strong executive-level communication, critical thinking, and hands-on program management skills. You will have the opportunity to influence business processes, optimize cloud solutions, and contribute to strategic initiatives within a fast-paced and growing environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, highly organized, and experienced in Oracle Cloud transformations. Accountabilities:

  • Manage multi-pillar Oracle Cloud programs, ensuring scope, resourcing, and project plans are aligned with business objectives
  • Track and report project milestones, facilitating status updates to internal teams and external clients
  • Develop program deliverables, including workshop materials, business requirement documentation, process alignment, and design options
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, define post-production support models, and coordinate hand-offs between teams
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and program communications to stakeholders
  • Act as the liaison between business and IT, translating technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa
  • Support change management, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of system solutions
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of program management experience, including leading multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations; 3+ years of full lifecycle Oracle Cloud transformation experience
  • Strong understanding of Finance, HCM, Accounting, or Supply Chain business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Manufacturing)
  • Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle project development, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and roll-out
  • Ability to analyze business issues, define future state solutions, and facilitate critical path discussions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience creating training and user documentation, with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with flexibility to travel as needed
  • Preferred: PMP and/or Oracle Cloud Certifications; functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Financials or SCM modules
