Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant
Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 remote – no exceptions).
Overview: Hands-on technical role for new Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. Focus: coding, integrations, reporting, development. Technical screening required.
Required Experience:
- 10+ yrs Systems Analyst/Developer (min. 3 yrs Oracle HCM: Core HR, Payroll, Comp, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Retirement)
- 2+ full-cycle HCM Cloud implementations (7+ yrs Cloud)
- OIC: 7+ yrs
- OTBI/BIP reports: 7+ yrs
- Mentoring: 3+ yrs
- SQL: 5+ yrs
- Python: Highly desired (3+ yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design BRDs & RICEW objects
- Build OIC integrations
- Develop OTBI/BIP reports
- Handle data conversions (HDL, Extracts, UCM, MFT)
- Customize pages, formulas, workflows, roles
- Lead testing, training, cutover, post-go-live
- Provide technical guidance
Core Skills:
- SQL/PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, Web Services
- HCM tables & integration patterns
- Page personalization (Sandbox, Redwood, OGL)
- SFTP & Recruitment Booster familiarity
