Oracle SOA Technical Lead

Skills Required

Experience in Design, Architect in SOA based technologies

Strong experience in Development and Support in SOA based technologies mainly OSB and ODI

Experience in troubleshooting of OSB, JAVA and ODI code for fixing defects in production environments. Java will be added advantage is optional.

Experience in leading the Team and driving the production support solutions across teams

Experience in handling Customer in a multi-vendor environment

Roles & Responsibilities

Needs to drive the support and customer issues of OSB/ODI interfaces completely

Has to be senior enough to work in a multi-vendor environment at onsite with respect to questions bug fixes and Production support

Need to be able to provide analysis on Root cause of production incidents for Middleware/Integration Support

Should be able to liaison with the offshore team and give them complete information to get some part of the work delivered from offshore

Should follow up with all stakeholders to get solutions to the questions, asked by the offshore team

Should coordinate with required stakeholder at onsite and offshore collaboratively to understand the business requirement, and jointly work to identify the source/destination of the data that needs to be transferred via Fusion Middleware to the destination/source system(s)

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT staff, other vendors and various levels of management
