As an Early Childhood Teacher at our esteemed school, you’ll lead a thoughtfully curated curriculum designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. • Deliver a play-based and inquiry-led program that aligns with the school’s philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework 

• Foster deep relationships with children, families, and the wider school community 

• Engage with pedagogical research and reflective practice to continuously elevate educational outcomes 

• Embrace a culture of excellence, wellbeing, and respect across every aspect of the learning journey 

What We’re Looking For  
 
We’re seeking an educator who: 

• Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification) 

• Demonstrates strong pedagogical knowledge and a commitment to best practice 

• Has a refined understanding of child development and individual learning needs 

• Communicates with clarity, empathy, and professionalism 

• Embodies a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative spirit 

• Has current Working with Children Check
