As an Early Childhood Teacher at our esteemed school, you’ll lead a thoughtfully curated curriculum designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. About the Role
Deliver a play-based and inquiry-led program that aligns with the school’s philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework
Foster deep relationships with children, families, and the wider school community
Engage with pedagogical research and reflective practice to continuously elevate educational outcomes
Embrace a culture of excellence, wellbeing, and respect across every aspect of the learning journey
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an educator who:
Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)
Demonstrates strong pedagogical knowledge and a commitment to best practice
Has a refined understanding of child development and individual learning needs
Communicates with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Embodies a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative spirit
Has current Working with Children Check
