OT Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated OT Network Engineer to join our Computer Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Industrial Network Design and Parameterization: Develop and implement secure industrial network architectures for OT environments, such as SCADA, ICS, or IIoT systems. Work with firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs to ensure seamless integration between IT and OT networks while maintaining security boundaries. Monitor and mitigate risks specific to industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.

• IEC 62443 Configuration & Compliance: Design and implement cybersecurity measures in line with the IEC 62443 standard to ensure the security of industrial control systems. Configure OT systems to meet IEC 62443 requirements, including secure zones, conduits, and role-based access controls. Perform network segmentation (e.g., IT/DMZ/OT zones) and apply firewall, routing, and VLAN policies to protect production environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in the Networking field.

• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances (e.g., Fortinet).

• Excellent command of English (written and oral).

• Strong networking knowledge including handling of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and VLAN creation.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Greece and abroad.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills:

• Network Certifications like CCNA or Fortinet.

• Strong understanding of IEC 62443 principles, including secure zones and conduits.

• Strong understanding of encryption methods.
