Job Summary:
The Out-Licensing Manager (Europe) at EVA Pharma is a key driver for B2B growth through licensing partnerships across Europe. The role focuses on identifying and executing licensing opportunities, managing commercial negotiations, and establishing long-term collaborations to expand EVA Pharma’s portfolio and market presence. This position requires strong business acumen and technical expertise in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure partnerships achieve strategic, commercial, and regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize out-licensing opportunities across Europe for key therapeutic areas.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with partners, distributors, and regional stakeholders.
  • Lead full-cycle deal management, from opportunity scouting to contract execution and ongoing collaboration.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects aligned with EVA Pharma’s market access strategy.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams for licensing readiness and dossier preparation.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and ensure optimal terms, compliance, and partnership value.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations for contract execution, product registrations, and post-deal management.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
    • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business/International Management preferred.
    • Minimum 8–10 years in pharmaceutical business development or licensing (Europe-focused).
    • Proven success in executing out-licensing deals and managing complex negotiations.
    • Strong understanding of European pharma value chain, regulatory frameworks, and commercial models.
    • Excellent business development, negotiation, and alliance management skills.
    • Outstanding communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
