What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of proven outside or in-home sales success with a strong closing track record.​
• Confident, empathetic communicator who can simplify complex topics and build trust quickly.​
• Comfortable with basic tech: email, online tools, and simple digital paperwork.
• Reliable transportation for local in-home appointments.
• Independent, self-motivated, and organized—you run your day like your own business.​
• Direct-to-consumer and in-home sales experience (final expense, solar, home improvement, alarms, or similar) is a strong plus.​
