Race Communications, California's leading 10G fiber internet provider, is seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to connect homes and communities in Chico. We're building the future of internet access, and you can be a part of it!

What We Offer:

• $22/hr (Guaranteed) + uncapped commissions (Total anticipated yearly compensation: $50,000 - $85,000)

Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Connect with potential customers door-to-door, explaining the benefits of Race fiber internet and phone services.
• Identify customer needs and close sales.
• Build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

What You Need:

• Valid California driver's license.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
