The Opportunity
We are looking for a Paid Media Strategist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social and digital media campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance, and creative collaboration, ensuring our work not only looks great but performs.
You will work closely with creative, content creators, and account teams to translate business goals into thoughtful paid media strategies that drive measurable impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop paid media strategies aligned to campaign and business objectivesPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging social channelsOwn budget allocation, pacing, and performance reportingAnalyze performance data and turn insights into clear recommendations and optimizationsPartner closely with creative teams to inform messaging, formats, and testing approachesLead A B testing and experimentation across audiences, creative, and platformsPresent performance results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clientsStay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally within an agency or social first environmentStrong experience managing paid social campaigns end to endHands on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager requiredComfortable working with data, reporting, and insights while keeping a creative mindsetExperience collaborating with creative teams and influencing creative directionStrong communication skills and confidence presenting to clientsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
