We are currently looking for a Paralegal to join our Corporate department.

You will support partners and associates on a wide variety of corporate matters for Belgian and international clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the incorporation of companies and preparation of corporate documentation (shareholders’ meetings, board meetings, amendments to articles, etc.).
•  Managing administrative formalities with the Belgian authorities (ECB, UBO register, notaries, public bodies).

• Conducting legal research and preparing summaries, checklists and presentations.

• Coordinating transactions, due diligence processes and document management.

• Ensuring ongoing corporate housekeeping for local and international client portfolios.

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients in relation to day-to-day corporate administrative queries.

Requirements

Must have:

• strong academic record;
• excellent command of English,French and or Dutch
• diligent, proactive, team player and service-minded character; and
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• experience in Corporate law; and

• experience working in an international environment;
