Responsibilities :

Assist in preparing and filing refugee claims

Support in managing appeals and judicial reviews

Conduct legal research and draft documents for mandamus applications

Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders

Maintain organized case files and documentation

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a related legal position

knowledge of immigration law and procedures

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in legal research and document drafting

Intermediate to advanced level of Spanish and English
