As a Bailey Nelson Floor Leader you are an integral part of the leadership team who assists in maximizing store sales through delivering an amazing guest experience with exceptional product knowledge. You’ll support a passionate and committed team to deliver the best possible experience to your customers every day… and hit some exciting goals along the way.

What we need from you:
- You bring your previous customer experience with at least 2 years in retail with increasing responsibility.
- You use your excellent communication skills to help your customers meet their needs.
- You have strong organisation and time management skills in a retail environment
- You recognize the individuality of others and authentically help people find their unique look.
- You are responsible for the energy you bring to the store and to our customers, owning your impact.
- You strive to improve yourself and others around you every day.
- You love a challenge and get satisfaction from creating solutions.
- You cultivate a strong bond with your team to motivate and inspire each other.
- If you have previous optical experience, great. If not, we’ve got you covered with our training programs.
