About the Role We are seeking a creative and highly organized Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support a growing personal finance brand. This role focuses on social media management, content editing, graphics creation, and posting calendar organization. The right candidate will help drive brand visibility across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with potential to expand into podcast and long-form content editing. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Virtual Assistant who thrives in digital content management and is eager to grow with a fast-scaling brand. Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Edit video and graphic content for social media and brand channels. Create, maintain, and optimize posting calendars to ensure consistent brand presence. Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). Assist with content editing, including video-to-audio conversions. Support potential podcast production (editing, uploading to platforms like iTunes, Spotify). Collaborate with the brand owner to maintain consistent messaging and audience engagement. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in social media management and content scheduling. Strong video editing and graphic design skills. Knowledge of trending formats for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Ability to create and manage structured posting calendars. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving tasks. Strong communication skills; Eastern Time Zone availability preferred. 20 hours per week (with potential to transition to full-time within 3–6 months)
